Your book needs to look professional and be straightforward to read. Whether you are preparing to publish an ebook or a print book, we can help make sure the layout of your pages is consistent, clear and user-friendly.
Our print layout service means you can publish your own physical books, which look and feel just like titles you would find in a bookshop. We can lay out both standard and large print books so they look professional and have good page flow.
Our standard option includes a selection of high quality and effective designs which can be refined to fit your book. We will include front and back matter as required, such as the blurb, table of contents and About the Author sections.
We also offer a bespoke premium option, which can be fully customised to suit your individual needs.
The file we provide to you will be tailored to your requirements and the specifications of your chosen print platform.
Our ebook formatting service is designed to take all the hassle out of creating your own ebook. The finished result will tick all the right boxes when it comes to vendor requirements and be compatible with a wide range of devices. We will make sure your manuscript is error-free and easy to read. And we include a clickable table of contents as standard, as well as other front and back matter as required.
You will be sent an ePub file which will pass ePubCheck with no problems and will be ready to upload to the vendor or distributor of your choice. We will also provide a Mobi file for use with Kindle readers and apps.
At Author Help, our charges are based on word count and formatting complexity so each project is priced individually, according to your requirements. If you are planning to publish your manuscript in print and as an ebook, we offer a discount if you order both ebook and print formatting at the same time.
To give you an idea of how much your project might cost, an 80,000 word novel would cost £100/$130 for ebook formatting, £140/$180 for a standard print layout, or £190/$240 for both.
